Job Role & Responsibilities
Role Summary: As Shift Incharge, you will be responsible for driving safe and efficient plant operations through process control, team leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor production parameters to meet targets and ensure process stability
Collaborate across departments to manage operations
Implement cost-saving, energy-efficiency, and optimization measures
Enhance raw material utilization including Liquid Chlorine, Chlorine Gas, and Hydrogen
Lead Total Productive Maintenance and support ISO 9001/14001 systems
Promote safety protocols, train staff, and manage emergencies as Incident Controller
Review team performance and encourage skill development
