Job Description:
· Responsible for completion of the Joining formalities, Induction training, On Job Training, SOP Training to new talents acquired by the organization.
· Preparation of yearly training plan for all as per the training requirement and arranging the same through
· External and internal faculties and maintaining the monthly/yearly training records.
· cGMP activities based on roles like GPS Time Monitoring, periodic medical examination, disinfectant issuance, etc.
· Ensure supervision on office housekeeping, manpower management, contract management, vendor management and overall management of HR routine works as assigned on day-to-day basis.
· Audit preparation based on the certification like USFDA, ISO, FDA, and Customer audits, etc
· Responsible for Effective Administration Management as well as Canteen Management.
· Pest Control Management
· Guest House Management with hospitality.
