Engineer – Instrumentation

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To ensure Electrical machineries, Instrumentation & Control systems used, run to their maximum efficiency and output. Introduce innovative ways for better machine upkeep and predictive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
Produce reports & make presentations.

Create new SOPs, upgrade existing SOPs to improve equipment output and effectiveness.

Identification of energy conservation opportunities and convert them to proposals. Implementation and review of energy conservation schemes.

Ensuring the elimination of unsafe conditions and developing a safety culture. Conduct risk assessment of process and tasks in department.

Design and implement ways to measure variables such as temperature, pressure, and flow.

Proficiency in instrumentation and control systems.

Understanding of compliance and safety standards.
