ABC Front Line Engineer - ETP

Operations Management
Ensure smooth operation of MEE, Dryers, ETP, and STP systems as per plan and budget.
Maintain compliance with all legal, environmental, and safety norms.
Maximize equipment productivity and ensure full capacity utilization.
Review process parameters at every stage of the ETP, STP, and MEE operations.
Maintain daily logs of operations, maintenance, and water quality data.
Supervise and track real-time operations through the SCADA system.
Ensure proper housekeeping, hazardous waste management, and follow all safety guidelines.
Ensure SOPs and work instructions are implemented effectively.
Plan and execute capital projects by allocating resources based on operational needs.
Monitor and update progress of Capex projects, assess risks, and ensure timely outcomes.
Support initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste generation.
Assist in trials and alternate treatment methods to minimize ETP sludge and landfill waste.
Implement and maintain process SOPs, HIRA, and environmental significance records.
