E&I Shift Engineer

Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or related circuit branches)

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work in a shift-based environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams

🔧 Key Skills Required:
Minimum 4 years of experience in BOPET film line operations

Proficiency in Siemens PLC and WinCC SCADA systems (Simatic S7-1500, 1200, 400, 300, S7-200)

Experience with Drive Systems including Master Drives (VC & MC), Sinamics S120/G120, and Micromaster 420/430/440

Sound knowledge of PID Controllers, Pneumatic Systems, and Industrial Instrumentation

Familiarity with Electrical Switchgears (HT & LT), Transformers, and Power Handling Systems (up to 33kV), including utility sections

Hands-on experience with Kampf Winder, Primary & Secondary Slitters, and Applied/Bobst Metalliser Machines
